Going by this info, no matter what you did, you're all morons.

The ones that voted for the only chance to keep Trump out of the White House weren't.

By following Hillary? Maybe I don't quite understand because I'm from Australia. Oh, nope. Corruption is spelt the same in my language too.

The sad thing about this is that it doesn't even matter. Sanders wouldn't have won against Trump either. I mean it sucks for him but was anything actually lost in this corruption scandal?

And yes still, even the most corrupt version of a Hillary Clinton is still better than a mentally disabled orangutan as president.

You don't know that.  You can tell yourself these agreeable hypotheticals to assuage any sense of accountability, but you have no way of truly knowing.

I could say Sanders polled better than Clinton against Trump in every single poll of 2016 and 2017. I could point out specifically how he faired better in the midwest where the election was decided. I could show how Sanders gets a room full of Trump voters in freaking West Virginia to cheer for him.  I could, but that is a hypothetical so I cannot know for certain how it would have unfolded.

What I can say is this. Clinton and her campaign undermined democracy, promoting a deeply unpopular candidate that lost in embarrassing fashion to a reality television star fool.  The blame lies with her, voters are not compelled to vote for masters, candidates are there to persuade and inspire voters to come out and vote for them.

In the end, liberals lost. We lost big and have been losing big for years now and the policies enacted have both wide and personal consequences for me and others.  I'm tired of in fighting, of corruption, and mostly losing because our own incompetence always a lowering of the bar so no matter how bad it gets "it doesn't matter".  We can win in 2020. It's right there for the taking.  If we ignore our problems and belittle each other rather than have a clear focus and message that wins over voters 2020 will just be a repeat seeing Trump win.

Sanders was polling way higher vs Trump than Clinton vs Trump. Bernie would have won. if you don't believe that, then Clinton winning the popular vote should say enough. She was the worst candidate ever, Bernie was not. He lost the primary because it was rigged.

I don't know, my math works like this.

Corrupt = bad

Corrupt + narcisistic + moron + sociopath + pathological liar = way way worse

My math says vote for Hillary.

It could be but I'm not so sure about it. In any way, by that logic if every Bernie Supporter voted for Hillary we wouldn't be in this current mess. Which makes butthurt Bernie supporters reprehensible

Just for the Record, I greatly prefer Bernie over Hillary as well, but that does not make it ok to not vote for the only choice against the worst president that the US will ever have.

Bernie himself said to please vote for Hillary. Because that was the only sensible choice as a democrat or as a human being for that matter.

It kinda feels like old news. She's called crooked hillary for a reason. I think that Brazile was complicit in all this and the only reason why she's spilling the beans is because she was caught and she now wants to set herself up with some money for the rest of her life.

So vote for the lesser evil even though it's still evil right? If you ask me, the Democratic Party needed this kick in the arse. Real progressive Democrats must build the party again. They need these 4 years. Clinton winning would have meant the status quo w more corporate Democrats. Bernie is already the most popular politician in the US, they can build on his platform.

Do you think it is a winning strategy for the future to demean Sanders supporters?

More Clinton voters didn't vote for Obama in 2008 than Sanders voters didn't vote for Clinton in 2016. Obama still won in 2008, and won again in 2012.  He knew how to appeal to people and craft a winning message. Despite overwhelming financial advantage over Trump Clinton didn't, that falls on her and in 2020 we should expect a better candidate and a better campaign.

It was sort of all rumour before those. More facts are coming out. Agree about Brazile. She got fired at a convenient time! It's all working out well for her! I need to give the questions to the Australian prime minister hopeful debaters next time! Bidding starts now!

I feel the same way about Brazile. Remember, she was the one who gave Hillary the debate questions ahead of time according to Wikileaks.
