You click in the upper right where is says login or sign up, then fill out the forms, click on cofrim link in your e-mail, etc...
Just had my ResetEra account approved tonight. Very quick compared to gaf which took 3 months from sign up to approval.

They don't allow popular free e-mail accounts. Probably to cut down on spam bots.

Like neogaf, they require paid email accounts to cut down on spam and troll accounts. I have a paid email through my At&T account for my internet service so I use that.
