I honestly have no idea. I just remember my brother was planning to buy a physical copy of Uncharted: Lost Legacy on Best Buy that day. I checked the game out of curiosity on PSN, and I saw it was free. Haven't read it from anyone else or read it on a forum. We didn't buy the Season Pass and we didn't apply any special code inside the game case (because there was none).

If you made a new account to download it, you could just set it as primary and then sign out of it and don't touch it again. That way even if they remove the license your PS4 will never find out about it...
