Thanks! I'm trying to keep this list to 2017 so I didn't include Ori 2, but I did forget Lucky. Hopefully 2018 will be almost as good : P 

I think next year will be amazing for action adventure games, but also I think Knack 2 needs to be added to the list. heh...Damn this really is a good year. haha

I dunno. 37% of your list is unreleased. And I wouldn't count Yooka-Laylee as a great platformer, or even a good one.

This year doesn't compare favorably, so far, to 2014, which had Tropical Freeze, Shovel Knight, Freedom Planet, etc. Or 2010, which had Super Mario Galaxy 2, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Limbo, Kirby's Epic Yarn, etc.

.. lol xD this is exactly why i didnt add either originally.Some people argue knack is just a beat em up, others think both are platformers

I got Crash Bandicoot, will get Super Mario Odyssey, and am considering Sonic Mania if it gets a physical release.

Rayman Legends 2 would be nice, although it would be nice if they make it a bit harder than the original legends. The difficulty in origins was exactly right (and dumbed down in legends). Also a bit more music levels would be swell.
