Wow Destiny 2 releases in 2 wks and is not very high in the charts (#31 currently). It's not looking like this will be a massive hit like I was expecting. Anyone else find it odd how low it is?

On the other hand, COD has been in the top 10 for the past week or so despite it releasing 2 months after destiny 2.

Say the #1 selling product was selling at a rate of 50 units per hour. Then, all of a sudden, Amazon receives 2000 preorders for an upcoming product before it sold out in less than an hour. That springs the upcoming product to #1. Even though Amazon no longer accepts preorders, the sales rate will still be higher than 50 units per hour until 40 hours have past. And then, we also have take into the account the sales rate fluctuations from other products.

Nope it'll sell. TBH I think it'll sell better than the first game.

I want it to sell well, it's just tracking low compared to other big games. Why are u so sure it'll sell big? I mean, other than its budget/advertising. It seemed like a lot of people were disappointed and saying it was Destiny 1.5 following the beta.

Whichever suits which fanbase best. Xbox fans will likely separate it into Pro vs X, ps4 (and Switch) fans into family, both ps4 and Xbox fans will ignore the Switch for some reason.
