Kansas City Chiefs 0 0%

Philadelphia Eagles 5 22.73%

I might end up winning my fantasy match up even with having 3 WR score an amazing total of 3 points combined. lol....  Houston I have a problem.  Never thought I'd regret adding and dropping Kearse so many times this season.

Booooooooooo!!!

Why couldn't the game at least end with a fantasy win for me? Another week with a score of over 100 points, another loss.

Samus Returns is not a good Metroid game. I'll stand by that.

Glad I didn't lose after all that trash talk

So I started off dominating our FF league but am crumbling down the stretch. Meanwhile I started poorly in my other two leagues and then once I started free falling here, I rebounded and will make the playoffs in both other leagues. Still in line to potentially win like $1400.

Kareem Hunt has fallen off the face of the Earth. Luckily they face the Raiders next week. Surely he’ll score.

That Saints-Rams game is going to be sooooooooooooo good!

Didn't think I'd hear anyone say that in the beginning of the season

I know, right? It was indeed a very good game though! Did not disappoint!

Fantasy Turkey: Week 12

Week 12 brought with it Thanksgiving, a Samus figma, and three or so meaningful fantasy games. This, in turn, made picking which games to highlight pretty easy; just choose the ones that have any playoff relevance.

Arminillo 119.78, Dongo's Gridiron Gamers 93.64

By far the most important game of the week featured 4 players scoring 19 or more points...and 3 of them played for the losing team. Strong efforts by Rob Gronkowski and Jamison Crowder (both 20 points) went to waste, largely as a result of miserable performances by Dongo's QB (Jacoby Brissett, 7) #1 RB (Jordan Howard, 2), and #1 WR (Marqise Lee, 1 point and like 50 drops). On the flip side, big days from Julio Jones (39 points), Kyle Rudolph (18) and Stephen Kauschka (12) bailed out a relatively underwhelming performance from the rest of Arminillo's team, especially the other WRs and RBs. Arminillo improves to 7-5 on the season and clinches a playoff spot, while Dongo falls to 6-6 and now needs a win and some help to get in.

The Longest Foot 91.48, The Loins 79.10

Speaking of teams trying to get into the playoffs, Seth took a major step towards securing the final playoff spot by beating BlowoverKing handily. The surprise star was Alvin Kamara, who made up for Michael Crabtree's early ejection and then some by putting up 2 TDs and nearly 200 yards. BlowoverKing's played well, but lacked any kind of surprise performance to match the combined efforts of Kamara and Tom Brady (21 points). Seth improves to 7-5 and is on the verge of clinching a playoff spot, while BlowoverKing falls to 3-9.

Nohrian Scum 126.62, ItErtzWhenEifert 54.16

The payback game wasn't much of a contest. 8 out of the 9 starters on my team scored in double digits, while only Ludicrous' QB, Alex Smith, managed to do so. Despite neither member of my RB 1-2 punch, Le'Veon Bell and Todd Gurley, managing to find the end zone, both scored 12 points or more, and Brandin Cooks and Delanie Walker helped supplement the scoring with touchdowns of their own. The surprise contributor was the newly acquired New England DST, who picked up 7 sacks and 3 turnovers against a sloppy Miami offense. The win improves my record to 9-3 and guarantees me of the #3 seed in the playoffs, while Ludicrous falls to 8-4 and currently occupies the #4 seed.

The Rest:

Arch 97.46, SCAB 44.98

Alpha Males 115.48, Lousy Pack 106.76

NobleTeam360 106.02, HanginwithHernandez 59.54

League Standings (X indicates clinched playoff spot, Y indicates clinched division & first round bye)

#1: Y-Arch (10-2, Hoshido Division Champ)

#2: X-NobleTeam360 (8-4, Nohr Division Leader)

#3: X-Nohrian Scum (9-3)

#4: X-ItErtzWhenEifert (8-4)

#5: X-Arminillo (7-5)

#6: The Longest Foot (7-5)

In the Hunt: Dongo's Gridiron Gamers (6-6)

Tiebreakers:

-Arminillo is the #5 seed over The Longest Foot due to head to head record (1-0)

The final week brings with it a beavy of meaningful games. The first, and most notable, is the de-facto Nohr Division Championship Game: Noble vs. Arminillo. Arminillo won the previous matchup between these two in Week 3, so a win would mean equal 8-5 records but a 2-0 head to head record in Arminillo's favor. A win for Noble, meanwhile, would be his 6th in a row and would obviously result in him winning the division. Keep in mind that the winner not only gets bragging rights, but a first round bye as well.

Elsewhere, Dongo needs a couple of things to go his way to make the playoffs. First and foremost, he has to beat Mike, which won't be an easy task if Alpha Males pulls out a repeat performance from last week's game against Rol (then again I don't think Dongo has ever said Samus Returns sucks). One thing going Dongo's way in this game; Mike is expected to be without Andre Cooper, who both sprained his ankle and sustained a concussion in last week's game against the Broncos.

The other thing Dongo needs to go his way is for me to beat Seth, and again, Dongo's outlook isn't all that bad here either; Seth will likely be missing the currently suspended Michael Crabtree. Just as a head's up, I am currently taking bribes to throw this game if anyone's interested in keeping Dongo out of the playoffs. /s

Additionally, for anyone interested, here's a handy explanation for everything that can happen to all teams still in playoff contention.

-Arch has clinched the Hoshido Division and is locked into the #1 seed.

-Noble has clinched a playoff spot. He can clinch the Nohr Division and the #2 seed with a win. He will fall to the #4 or seed with a loss and a loss by Ludicrous to Angelus. He will fall to the #5 seed with a loss and a victory by Ludicrous.

-I have clinched a playoff spot and am essentially locked into the #3 seed.

-Ludicrous has clinched a playoff spot. He can clinch the #4 seed with a win over Angelus, or a Noble win over Arminillo. He can fall to the #5 seed with a loss and a Noble loss to Arminillo. Ludicrous can also technically move up to the #3 seed if he beats Angelus, I lose, AND he scores 190 or more points than me this week.

-Arminillo has clinched a playoff spot. He can clinch the Nohr Division and the #2 seed with a win. He will remain as the #5 seed with a loss and a Seth loss to me. He will fall to the #6 seed with a loss and a Seth win.

-Foot can clinch a playoff spot with a win or a Dongo loss. He can clinch the #5 seed with a win and an Arminillo loss to Noble. He can clinch the #6 seed with a win and an Arminillo victory, or a loss and a Dongo loss to Mike. He can fall out of the playoffs with a loss and a Dongo win.

-Dongo can clinch the #6 seed with a win and a Seth loss to me. He will miss the playoffs if either of those things do not happen.
