Would you rather lose sight in one eye or lose hearing entirely?

Losing sight in one eye would hardly affect you, it would just ruin you're sight at judging depth you can go on living a perfectly normal life.

It's not just losing depth, you also lose peripheral vision on the side where it's missing, I'm missing my right eye and when cycling I have to take extra care of anything coming from that side of me since my left wont quite see it over the bridge of my nose, means an extra head turn in some instances.

Try it for a bit, put something over or just close one eye, pick either one and go for a cycle, you'll see very fast what I mean, you'll hate the bridge of your nose after a bit.

Comparing a partial loss with a total loss in this kind of situation isn't that hard a choice... I don't think there is much instances that is preferable to lose total hear than 1 eye sight.

For this to be something acceptable maybe 1 eye or complete touch sense... I would probably prefer my sight being intact, but lack of touch could perhaps make sex a lot less pleasing.

don't forget most of your taste comes from your nose, so losing your tongue sensors wouldn't be as bad. losing smelling could be troublesome.

Well you can do plastic surgery to become Voldemort and them your sight would improve a lot

I know a guy that lost sight in one eye due to a fight in high school or whatever. Turns out he is a great drunk driver.
