Game works fine for everyone outside of the Chicago area. They're giving a refund for the $20 tickets plus $100 worth of in-game currency. However, a lot of tickets were resold by asshat scalpers.

Can't say I'm really surprised, considering the game is STILL having problems. It still frustrates with all the lagging, errors and just freezing. I don't know how Niantic can continue being this incompetent with this.
