Well 'at least', anyway this isn't an official statement from Nintendo or anything, so we've yet to know the exact time.
"You can at least expect it to be 30 minutes long" not "It will be exactly 30 min long".

I hope it's closer to 1 hour rather than only 30 min. Even if their focus is on 2017 games, they still have a lot to show.

At least, it could be all hour long, but most likely around 45-50 min like previous two Digital Events.
