This is genius, I hope they have data on the empty boxes sold in their next investors meeting

People really like Splatoon in Japan but many already bought a Switch, instead of buying another Switch they buy the box and the Splatoon Joycons pretending to own the Splatoon 2 bundle, 85$ vs 350$

I think what's silliest about this is there's obviously going to be demand for it.

Yet. Someone buying issue #1 of Spider-Man 20 times, for the varaint covers,  is okay. Look at LGR. Who has 10+ versions of Sim City. All because of the different boxes.

Selling a box for 5 dollars is a fair price in my book. I have no idea who would want to buy it . But for whatever reason that may be, they aren't being ripped off.

I seriously hope people aren't stupid enough to fall for this...
