Have you ever been late to the party when it comes to playing games?

Yes, all the time 40 61.54%

Sometimes, depends on the game 24 36.92%

No, I play all my games at release 1 1.54%

Total:65

I was 10 years old and still playing my Atari, the year was 1985 and a friend of my mother that was often visited had the privilege of owning a NES at close to release. The game was Super Mario Brothers. 18 months later I tapped that.

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

well i just beat twilight princess and wind waker couple months ago. last week beat God of War accession

I beat Wind Waker in 2013 with the HD remaster on Wii U, never played Twilight Princess although I plan on buying it for Wii U at some point... and I've never played God of War Acension either, although I got it free with Playstation Plus, need to download it and add it to my backlog, lol.

Basically like every game I play :p

I barely get games day 1 and even if I do, I will have to wait till Monday since the game doesn't come on the release date (Friday) so I have to wait till the next business day

Do you not get post on Saturdays? Here in the UK we get post Mon-Sat, and you can even place an order to be delivered on a Sunday, although it costs a little extra...

No, we don't get postal service on weekends :p

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

For me Persona 4.

Had I known how amazing that game was, I would've bought an OG PS3 or PS2 with a copy of Persona 4 back in 2008.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

yup, got it from ps+ as well, but i bought bought collections recently on a flash sale as well as 3 remaster for the ps4, want to knock them out before 4 comes out.

And better buy twilight princess asap before it becomes super over priced. unless you're okay with the eshop download

Lol, all the time!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

I'm playing COD WAW now.

What you playing it on?

I recently played Mass Effect 3 , about a week or two. Along with it were Dark Souls II SOTFS edition and ragnarok online.

i love how ME3 connects the storyline in the previous franchises and what's amazing about it is if you don't have any save file from the ME1 or ME2, you won't unlock some of the dialogues as well as some features.

If I got stuck on a quest or episode in ME3, Dark Souls II accompanies me during summer vacation. It was a freaking rollercoaster rides. 1,023 deaths written in that pillar on Majula XD hahahaha I wonder why.

Ragnarok Online by far is the game that I was very very very late. It was released on 2000's ( i think) and right now , they are preparing for a comeback. They even had that browser based game called Ragnarok Journey which is very different from the original.

If I hadn't let myself taken by DOTA2 or MOBA games, I'd be damned.

I'm playing through TW2 at the moment. I did technically start it like 4 - 5 years ago, but i never got past Act I. It's slowly crawled its way up my backlog list since then, and now i'm about half-way through a fresh save (i was hoping to be done by now, but some IRL stuff dragged me away).

After TW2 i'm moving onto Ever17. I'm almost 15 years behind on that one

I missed out on many of the PS1's big hits the first time around since I was a one- console-only gamer up until late in the 6th gen when I picked up a PS2 to comlement my GC.  Didn't play games like FFVII until several years later, and never played MGS until I rented the Twin Snakes version on GC.

I also missed out on a ton of PC games during the 90s / early 00s because I never had a PC new enough to run the latest titles until I got to college, so I only got to play games like Quake, Diablo, Starcraft and SW Dark Forces / Jedi Knight either at a friend's house or via gimped ports on consoles like the N64.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Too many to name.
