Hack and slash games should be played with a controller. They are not suitable for keyboard and mouse and that's why I played it on PS4.

I have a GTX 1080 Ti paired with Ryzen 7 1800x.... I am -never- playing a multiplatform on console.  Controllers work on PC anyway.  However, I don't have problems at all playing the game with mouse and keyboard.  The problem is the active glitch getting in the way of me playing properly.

All that said, regardless of whatever is on PC, Horizon is pretty great.  I should probably get around to playing it on PS4 to see what the differences are from playing it on Pro.. But, it's just something I haven't gotten around to.

You said that you didn't like the game because the keyboard and mouse support weren't great, now you're saying you don't have a problem with that? Make up your mind.

As for the technical problems yes I've heard of them but they aren't their on PS4. If you have a PS4 why not play on that? You wouldn't play a good game just because it doesn't work that well on your expensive machine? I thought it as always about the games.

Yes controllers work on PC but I don't like using them on PC. They don't fit the platform as well as consoles due to the design of these things. And I don't like to change from controller to keyboard and mouse. I play games on my PC when I think they are better with keyboard and mouse and when they aren't available on PS4 like Cities: Skyline, amazing game btw which you should check out.

I meant the keyboard and mouse wasn't awkward to use, but that I had issues because of the glitch.  I'm not buying the game again, I'll use a controller instead.

I have 3 monitors set-up, but the 3rd isn't used for gaming.  My PS4 is linked to both of the monitors I use for gaming.   Not bothered by using a controller, I just would rather use a mouse and keyboard...  So, I haven't played the game anymore since.

So you play on PS4 with a monitor? Well then if you're going to play Horizon I suggest you to play it on an HDR compatible TV, the game makes incredible use of HDR and you can't judge the graphics on any screenshots you see online, as the colour variety and depth really pop with HDR.

My TV has HDR, and the only reason I play it on a TV is because it's 30FPS, and a single player story driven game.  I'd never play something like Mortal Kombat, or Tekken on a TV.

My favorite Platinum games to date? Sure! Game of the generation? Noooo. But it is one of the games that's helping define this gen. For the all the buggy and hastily made duds that came out this gen, kudos to those pubs and devs that have knocked it out of the park.

Why wouldn't you play Tekken on a TV? They are 60Hz screen and that game runs at 60fps so it will sync better than a 30fps game.

Screen refresh rates are far slower than my monitor.  No more on this please, it's off subject.

Wait whut you have way more input lag sure and that is bothersome for fast games. But refresh rate on a TV isn't slower than a monitor if they are both 120/240hz. Especially when the framerate of the content is is the same. A TV or monitor can't magically put in frames or make them last longer or shorter. At best a monitor has gsync which makes it appear more fluently. Anyway I agree that for gaming monitors are way better, but for image quality tv's outperform monitors easily especially a decent calibrated HDR TV.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar
