Good thing you're not on Metacritic. Otherwise you would drag the beautiful number down even more with your terrible score.

Nice review. I loved my 120 hour play through. Games this big do not have the replay value. I replayed a 100% play-through in A Link Between Worlds the day after I beat it. I can't see myself coming back to this game for a few years. Though the DLC story will make me revisit the game.

The frame rate drops happened a lot when I fought Moblins... It was always Moblins for me for some reason. Other than that, the frame rate was fine for me.

My biggest complaint, I've said it before, I will say it again. The music in this game is unmemorable garbage, aside from a few songs.

On a side note. Has anyone ever noticed the main theme song (played in the reveal trailer and in the end credits)and how it weirdly transitions halfway through? It sounds choppy.

You mean action adventure. Not action RPG.

I'm looking forward to more reviews. Thanks Rol for your time.

Nope, I mean what I said. The old distinction from around 1990 between action-adventure and RPG was first and foremost about no experience points in the former, but growth in stats is growth in stats regardless of EXP being present or not. The original The Legend of Zelda is older than the genre definitions.

But it's really not something worth fighting over, because definitions for genres have been blurred more and more over time, so nowadays nobody is able to provide clear rules for where one genre ends and another one begins. Your point of view is going to be as defensible as mine, so we could have a long battle of semantics that would only lead to the same conclusion that I've already written in this sentence.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

Yes, it's definitely not worth fighting over it, but I would just go by the today's definition which labels it as an action-adventure. I agree with you explanation, but I never heard that the original one was ever known as a RPG.

9 = troll review to bring down Meta. This is the greatest game of all time. Anything less than 11/10 is wrong.

Although I agree with what you said in value and replay value for this game: won't those two often contradict each other?

Sometimes I hate your posts and sometimes I love them.
