The first 3D Zelda game I played was Wind Waker. I was so excited to play it, that although I knew the character's name was "Link" when entering the name, I accidently input Ljink, and didn't notice until the game was about halfway over. It just kind of stuck, you can imagine what the 96 part means.

I used to have a Piczo site that I called Boringman54 because I didn't exactly have much hope in it. Eventually shortened it to Bman54 for usernames on most other sites (though if possible, I go with Helmaroc as my username now). I have no idea why I went with 54, since it's not even my favourite number.

I wanted to create a gamertag in 2006 when I got my first Xbox 360. I tried Odin. That was already taken. Xbox Live proposed OdinHades. I just rolled with it and used it for everything else later on. =P

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

My last name is Nesser.
In grade school, I somehow always ended up having the highest grades despite being a notorious day-dreamer. In scholastics placement, I was 99th percentile in everything except reading comprehension (lol).
Being that this was grade school 1st through 8th grades, kids would always come up with nicknames for classmates using rhyme.
My nickname became Prof, after I was referred to as Professor Nesser. After some time, this was shortened to Prof.
Later on, while AIM was becoming more of a thing, I had to make a new username that would stick out to my friends, I tried theProf but it was taken, so I just added the two zeros because it was the year 2000.

My newest nickname that I go by on most websites is "scrambles" or "scrambles00" which is from the Metalocalypse episode in which Nathan Explosion names a killer hurricane 'scrambles the death dealer'.

I originally made up the username Ultrashroomz back at around 2005, as my fav game around that time was Paper Mario TTYD, and Ultra Shrooms were my life savers.

When I made a Steam account and started playing online games like Team Fortress 2, people always kept calling me just "Ultra" to the point where I wanted to shorten the name, but Ultra by itself seemed to simple and common, so I took the umlaut based off the Übercharge in TF2, and it just stuck with me since.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

You beat Wind Waker 96 times?

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

I tried to use Rob when creating this account which is part of my name but unsurprisingly it was already taken. At that time I was playing link's awakening DX so when I was asked to add more characters the DX was the first thing that came to mind.
