Metacritic only "counts" games that have 7 or more reviews for some reason, and The Letter has 4.

On that list it says only games with 7 or more reviews are eligible. The Letter only has 4.

Yomieee is right it would have only shown up in the search if it had more reveiws. Although the game looks bad I don't think I've ever owned anything worse than The Letter.
