You should watch the video.

Hope Nintendo can continue this and give me a Metroid which takes some of Dark Souls additions to the metrovania genre. I thought about an open-world Metroid, but I would be happy with Metroid level design remaining dungeon-esque. Just make everything bigger and the enemies harder.

Likewise with pretty much all of their games. I want them to sit down every month and play the game for a week like they did with BoTW. Use their community message-board like they did with BoTW. Basically make every Nintendo release a must have, and people will get the platform regardless of what else is on it.

Zelda BotW really is one of greatest game ever, I hope that critics and sales will show they need to risk more and shake some other franchises to, Mario Odyssey seems it could have similar effect like Zelda BotW, but it would be interesting to see Metroid with approach of Zelda BotW.

Very interesting, but I think this also presents an issue, can Nintendo go back to not doing this with Zelda.

I think open world Zelda is here to stay. When Nintendo released the first title in the series and it became a hit, they stuck with it from 1986-1998. When they decided to reinvent the series from the ground up with OOT, they again stuck with that in one way or another from 1998-2017. This is what they do. When they find gold, they stick with it. I'd expect all new 3D Zelda's to be open world games with them improving/innovating each title going forward.

Currently while I playing Zelda BotW and seeing how much brilant game actually is and definitely one of best games ever, I currently really don't see how again Nintendo can achieve something similar or to top Zelda BotW. Offcourse they do that, but curently from my stand point of view I dont know how. :)

In any case it will be very interesting to what they will do with next Zelda.

While looking for the few stuff that's left for me to do in the game (outside of the Korok nuts... I'm probably never going to bother finding them all. xD), I spent the last few days thinking about how they could push things further in the next game, or what they could tweak or add to what they acomplished in BOTW. If I could find some things that would be interesting, I am sure a team dedicated to game design can come up with some neat ideas.

Yes, but point about Zelda is not just upgrade over previous Zelda game, if you look at 3D Zelda games you will see that going from FOoT to MM to WW to TP (only game that feels like upgrade over OoT) to SS, they are all very difrent, so I they will definatly make just ugprade over BotW. Maybe they could make something similar like going from OoT to MM, again open world Zelda similar to BotW but in some twisted and strange world with some new mehanics.

Well... No. They're not "all very different". Not in the way OoT was compared to what came before, and how BOTW is compared to what came before it. The titles you mentioned may not the same game, for sure, they had different world, stories and whatnot, but they all followed the same game design structure and formula that was started put in place in OoT. All the game were mostly refinement from one title to the next. They were not "all very different".

By saying they were not "all very different", I hope that you won't take it as a knock on them. Because I adore the Zelda series (as if this wasn't already clear). For some reason, I believe it is important to point that kind of things out when talking to you...

I can see how they top BOTW they simply build on the approach the same way R* builds on GTA, BOTW isn't an end game approach for the series it's a new rebooted template. All it's going to come down to now is how well they do the world in the next mainline game, for example if they give you the ability to swim and you can dive underwater and find new locations there or catch a loftwing and explore the skies and have Skyloft like areas as well, the's still quite a bit they can do to potentially top it.
