Good point, and if it is significant expansion I'll happily buy it for $10-20 range as I want to support this title.

had a blast with this one...overriding likes of Thunderjaw and Behemoth, not to mention the Stormbird. There is room for clear expansion on the story line...I think Killzone gets to be sidelined from now on.

Yeah I definitely think your Zelda prediction was low! I thought 5 million was around what Zelda would have at the lowest but heck from the looks of things it might hit that easily. Especially if the Switch keeps selling like crazy. But from the looks of things it might hit 7-9 million!

Wow I think I had one of the higher predictions for first week, and it still exceeded them. I knew HZD was gonna be big after following the Amazon bestsellers chart leading up to launch. Fantastic sales. It's exciting that, despite Sonys already strong first party, we can now officially add GG to its list of top-tier developers. And after HZD's financial success, GG's games will only get better, bc Sony will certainly now further strengthen and improve GG by giving them better resources, hiring new talent, and giving them bigger budgets for their games.

Anyways, my copy of HZD just came in the mail today. Just gotta finish my work and get to the gym, then Horizon here I come!

Zero Dawn has no chance to beat it in lifetime sales nor attach rate. Hell, BOTW has already beaten Horizon's attach rate like a red headed step child. 

Lol, yea, attach rate for a newly released console that was seen as a Zelda machine.  Let's wait to see where it ends before calling victory on that one.  And if Horizon ends up selling more lifetime, but Zelda ends up with a higher attach rate, that's not exactly a good thing.  That just means the Switch sold less than the PS4.

Awesome sales.  And at least they are doing DLC right.  Focus on the game, and once it releases, then start working on DLC.

While it it's not unlikely that Zelda will end up selling more (possibly even just the Switch version), attach ratio is a meaningless point of comparison. Zelda is the only major AAA launch title for a brand new Nintendo system, while Horizon is one of a few hundred AAA titles on a system that's install-base is already above 50 million. Horizon would have needed to sell 30 - 40 million copies in its opening week to have a similar attach ratio to Zelda. That's obviously beyond absurd.
