Not a fan of games as a service, to be honest. Having your collection behind a paywall doesn't sound desirable to me.

Exactly. Not to mention the psychology behind it. Ever hear the old expression "Christmas wouldn't be Christmas if it happened every single day"? When we have too much of a good thing, it becomes less "good" to the point where the entire experience is dulled and becomes mundane. This service, along with services like it, are not good for the consumer in that regard.

What about Netflix?

Exactly. The fact is a lot of people once they finish a movie or a game they don't go back or play it anymore. This has a lot of value to a lot of people.

GameStop has to be shifting bricks right now.

Gamestop has been in trouble. I personally don't like gamestop because I HATE USE GAMES WITH A PASSION!!!!

That's a really nice idea. And so cheap. I hope it won't replace physical games in the long run though.

How often do you hear about people with 30 movies in their "list" that never get watched? They just sit there. That never happened back in the video store days when you had to actually drive to the store, go in, find a movie selection and take it home. Sure, you might not watch it due to something coming up or maybe you forgot... but not like Netflix.

We all have too much shit these days imo. It devalues entertainment and dulls it mightily for alot of people, even if they don't know it.

Is it like ps now?

Not really you get to download the games, even play offline and its not only cheaper but offers current gen games, also it looks like it will be a shifting library so games will be added and removed, like netflix.

What? It has a term. Binge watching. I hear about it all the time. I don't understand what you're trying to say. Services like Netflix exist so the "lists" do get watched. It's a lot similar to Netflix as apposed to.... Ahem... Christmas.

This service clearly has a similar appeal. It may devalue entertainment for you. A majority of the people posting thus far seem to look at it as a positive.

Unless it includes all DLC, it's crap, issue EA Access has. Example, ME doesn't work well without DLC.
