Says the guy who's PC costs a small fortune

That's because it's actually fun to play on a PC. It's the most consumer friendly platform and deserves all the money it can get. Gonna keep my expenses for inferior and consumer hating platforms to a minimum.

Hahaha. You're not wrong.

32 GB is fine with me, I'll probably only download indie games from there and everything else is hardware

I hope Nintendo allows us to back up games on PC or an external drive connected to the dock. That would be fine for me and the same way I manage Vita games. I'd probably choose something like a 128GB or maybe 256GB Micro SD and then just swap games out. I'll probably also tend to use it for exclusives only to reduce the amount of storage I need.

Nintendo have stated they were not happy with external hard drive solutions because they are not practical for portable mode. They wanted their external solutions to be usable in both docked and portable mode so I doubt there will be external hard drives (at least for the first year or two) unless there seems to be extreme outrage and/or demand.

On topic no. I do have an SD card for just in case there are games that I feel I must have that I can only buy digital (normally Gamestop exclusives since I do not shop at Gamestop) but since I buy all physical (collector) I  doubt I will need more than what the console provides.

Well, if Nintendo's history with keeping short game sizes is anything to go by. My 128gb should be plenty

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

I probably won't get an SD card anytime soon, since I get most of my games physically, and I never had to get an external HDD for my Wii U.

If I do have to get one, I'll probably just get a 128GB one on Amazon.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

If I don't have to, then no :p

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

If I could get my hands on the damn console I'll tell you. But right now my luck is in the gutters my relatives who were supposed to bring it from USA turned me down and no one else is coming or going for about a year. Also I am completely free until September cause this is my break year and my university whichever I go to starts basically in September. I have free time but nothing to do with it and it sucks big time

Just a guy who doesn't want to be bored. Also

I bought a 128gb Samsung Pro but as soon as it arrived from Amazon, the 64gb card I bought from Walmart started acting funny. Now, it's in my phone. I need to buy another before my Switch arrives.

Anybody who is knowledgeable in this area have one they want to recommend? Size, speed, and reliability are most important.

i still get all my real games (i.e. zelda, mario skyrim) physically. I feel ripped off as a consumer with digital sales. The exception being games that require the net anyway.

If I can get all the games I want physically, then probably won't need any. The most I'd need it probably one.
