Who is the most money grubbing in the industry?

Nintendo 373 42.05%

Sony 122 13.75%

Microsoft 269 30.33%

Ouya Lives! 20 2.25%

See results. 103 11.61%

Total:887

Considering that they are all for-profit firms, I'd think they all are, especially if I were an investor. One way or another they're going to make their profits. Which company does it the worst depends on how much they profit on the thing you value. I personally don't find console online gaming appealing so I don't care if a company charges for online, I won't pay for it. However, if a manufacturer prevented the sale of used games (like Microsoft tried with XBO) I will be up in arms, because I enjoy buying used games. It depends on what you prioritize.

Easily Nintendo. Every company has their greed in various fashion, but only Nintendo goes as far as bullying and content claiming everything from streamers and youtube content creators even if fair use. Monitizing for the sake of a couple dollars and taking that away from people trying to give free advertising to your games or criticism under fair use is more pathetic and greedy than anything Sony and Microsoft could dream of doing.

Especially so,since nintendo could have gone to Youtube first. since they are the ones paying and arranged it so they got a cut of add revenue  or a small %  based on rates per hit on  top for all Nintendo hits not covered by fair use  , that way the content makers get to keep their money ,Nintendo gets a piece of the action and Youtube pay a small surcharge but dont have to worry about a potential future  drop in content suppliers or a downturn in new content makers affecting add revenue.

Research shows Video games  help make you smarter, so why am I an idiot

Its Nintendo. The others are not far behind though and aren't losing for lack of trying.

One of these companies sold a gaming platform without a power cable. It's not even close.

I don't know what/who you're talking about but I laughed xD

The 3DS doesn't come with a power cable in most form factors in most places over thr world.

All 3 of them tbh.

Nintendo recently with the Switch reveal, the charging for online like the other two and charging even more for accessories.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

I'm gonna go with Nintendo for making me buy a pro controller 2 gens in a row and selling 6 years old games at full price.

Also why do i have to pay 30$ for an ethernet port? seriously.

But it's okay i guess, they got good games to back it up.

I believe they're referring to Xbox.
