Dang, you were so close too.

May as well add my commentary from that thread:

Remember that the above is online only. It still appears likely that the PS4 will defeat the Xbox One in the USA in November, mainly off the back of a new piece of hardware. Still, perhaps not the trouncing some had thought likely.

I'm not surprised. Lots of great deals on that day. Great value for this 4K Blu-ray player.

Another thread have CyberMonday was above BF on online. And by MS lack of boasting I don't think they won BF as a whole.

I wouldn't be surprised either, if Xbone won the month as best selling 4K Blu-ray player. The rest of the year even!

I posted this and my thread was locked.

As expected.

Interesting. PS4 was definitely the best selling console on Amazon; the daily and weekly charts bear that out. But perhaps even in online sales Amazon isn't big enough to be the main determinant of sales rank. I have no idea about methodology so it's hard to know how accurate this is, and there's no indication of size of difference or margin for error.

In some respects Amazon is the only sales tracker with 100% accuracy, for Amazon sales only of course.

I suspect that the only national data that has high reliability is NPD, and I wonder if NPD will make mention of BF performance, or if it will just stick to announcing top sellers for the month only.

Normally I would expect the BF winner = November NPD winner, but with Pro I guess that is unlikely to be true. Would make it a close month though.

I could swear this is the third thread carrying this exact same news today.

Another thread that will be close for using the same source. Anyway. Ps4 should win November anyway due to ps4 pro and ps4 should have the upper hand in December according to cyber Monday sales report in which ps4 was the number selling items
