Wii games were good but the motion controls were shit. Nunchucks were stupid but the wheel accessory was awesome. Never owned a Nintendo console anyway had to go to my friends house to play them.

The Wii.

It's all fine and dandy that it sold so many units, but barely any of their games were targeted at core gamers, and instead opted to target casuals. Just a quick look at their bestselling games would show that not many traditional gamers were buying games for it.

That might be because they wrote it off as a system for casuals. I bought many core games on it.

Me too, the console was plenty of good games yet people only look to the shovelware.

I voted for Wii U, but upon further thought, GameCube was definitely worse. Wii U had Xenoblade Chronicles X. I can't remember anything noteworthy on GameCube except an inferior port of Resident Evil 4 with cut content and junky controls.

PM The Thousand Year Door

Metroid Prime 1 & 2

Resident Evil 4 was the original version and superior one

REmake

RE Zero

Zelda Ocarina of Time: Master Quest

The Wind Waker & Twilight Princess

FF Crystal Chronicles

Super Smash Bros Melee

Super Mario Sunshine

Mario Kart Double Dash

Luigi's Mansion

It's library is easily well above the Wii U.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Wii U, for sure. It's their only bad console in my opinion.

1- Horrible controllers (innovative, but they didn't use it properly most of the time and it was awful to hold/use).
2- Bad launch line up + significant software droughts throughout entire lifetime
3- Missing features, like online chat
4- Promises not kept (regarding features that never arrived, or arrived very late)
5- Smallest significant 1st party output I've seen from them
6- Worst third party support ever (for a Nintendo console)?
7- Lack of ambition: I hoped for a 3D Donkey Kong, a new Metroid Prime, a 3D Mario that was creative and different from previous titles (3D Land, hello?), an exclusive 3D Zelda that didn't take 5.5 years to be made, a Star Fox that didn't looked like a cheap indie game, etc. So many disappointments.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

None. I use the PS4 to play a few games I really care about, like inFamous, Final Fantasy, Need for Speed, etc. So yeah, this year I played about 4 games on it, but I'm not gaming on anything right now. I'll probably buy FFXV in January... it will be a good appetizer while the Switch doesn't come.

I love the WiiU, you really underrate that console,  but I have to agree, GC was clearly better.

The Wii by far. It's the only home Nintendo console that I didn't buy since I started playing video games 20 years ago. The motion controls feel like a gimmick to me and even though there are some good games, the motion controls turn me off so much that I don't even want to play them. The only thing playable about the Wii in my opinion was the Virtual Console classic games and that was a big part of why I bought the Wii U. In the year and a half that I have had a Wii U I have bought like 10+ virtual console games but not a single Wii title to date.
