Mine came in a box that was three times the size of the actual gamebox but other than that it was fine. Mostly because the box actually closed and felt solid.

newegg seems cool, but idk about their reliability. would you recommend it? |
I used to shop exclusively with Newegg until I signed up for Amazon Prime.
They were awesome but I figured with the free shipping Prime provided, I might as well take advantage of it.
The only issue I had with Newegg was that they only offer exchanges on video cards and processors where Amazon offers refunds.
Other than that I think Newegg overall is the better company and will happily go back to shopping there in the future.

No and I've never understood why putting up a negative review of the item made sense in these situations. The review is for the game, not Amazon service. You need to contact Amazon support. |
You get to make two reviews. One of the product and one of the seller(or your experience with them). That's why some sellers have lower ratings than others. And once you give them a shitty review, they do everything to get you to change it.

You can put in review of the product, seller and shipping all separately from any order.

Yes, but this wasn't the seller who boxed/shipped. This is fullfilled by amazon, meaning the seller sends product to Amazon centers and Amazon boxes/ships (if it was 3rd party seller at all).
I suggested calling support as that would be faster and likely get better recompense for the issue.
My recent amazon order (worth in total £150 was just left on my doorstep whilst I was out, even though I have a neighbour who is noted on my account to deliver to!
