Seriously Amazon? This is how you send me my Pokémon Sun/Moon?

newegg seems cool, but idk about their reliability. would you recommend it?

I used to shop exclusively with Newegg until I signed up for Amazon Prime.  

They were awesome but I figured with the free shipping Prime provided, I might as well take advantage of it.  

The only issue I had with Newegg was that they only offer exchanges on video cards and processors where Amazon offers refunds.  

Other than that I think Newegg overall is the better company and will happily go back to shopping there in the future.
