There hasn't been a great GT game since GT4 launched in 2005.

Not to mention the GPU of the PS4 can be had for $150 and the processor, well... I don't even need to talk about that.

If they release GTS at 4K/60 for the Pro, it's going to look like a high resolution PS3 game.

At least give us Pro owners the option for a 1080/60 mode with improved visuals.

I'll take a 1080p/120 mode with ps3 visuals for PSVR :)

Sign me up for that too!

4k 60fps... the only time I can see this happening in Gran Turismo would be in a photo mode, or like if they just have a showroom you can walk around to look at a few cars parked up, or move the camera around them.. as for actually racing in game, I could see maybe 1440p upscaled with 60fps, but that's about it.

Gran Turismo Sport runs at 1800p upscaled to 4K at 60fps with HDR during gameplay. That is good.

But here he is talking about games in general and less demanding games can run at native 4K60fps with HDR so he is right in a way, but I doubt PS4 Pro would actually get a game with all this as that would lead to PS3 level graphics. No other way PS4 Pro can run a game at both native 4K and 60fps.

Kaz is totally full of shit, has been for a long time. Single handily drove Gt from greatness to mediocrity.

Italic: Well, he is the creator, he single handly anything regarding it if you want to go for that route, he single handly made Sony their most successful franchise.

Bold: That's your opinion, GT6 has been the best game in whole series, in my opinion.

I agree.

I remember his first interviews about how Gran Turismo will be this amazing fun racer that also looks great....Since then the emphasis becames on 'Looks great' and we have to dig for the fun parts.

Gran Turismo is a lot of fun, more fun than any other racing game. There is something really fun about having to use skilled braking and cornering techniques in a game rather than just accelarating and drifting or picking up items to win that doesn't require any skill.

Just finish your game, already.

think what you want.

Reviews and sales especially prove me right.

My enjoyment of the game was quite good. This proves me and BraLoD right.

Man I wish I lived under a rock for 30-40 years and then look at a single piece while comparing it to another medium and all the content that encompasses it.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Based on what we've seen so far, no.

Also, I'd be surprised if they acheive 4K/60 fps on PS4 Pro. Last of Us was built for PS3 and still had to do 30 fps.

Image quality is not graphics.

But I think we surpassed it a few years ago with games like Driveclub, The Order 1886 and Battlefield 4 on PC.
