Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Ubisoft: “Nintendo has learned from the Wii U” with NX

"which I think is the case here.”

He truly believes in NX.. And basicly says that NX will go "mainstream".. Hope he has right..

If Mario run destroys mobil chartz.. and NX also takes of..

2017.. could be a very nice time to be a Nintendo fan :)

Hopefully they did.

I find this quote from the linked article kind of intriguing for some reason:

"I think, once again, the interface is very attractive," he said. "It's a machine that will be easy to use for all gamers. They have built in something that will give us chance to really have a different experience from what exists today. That's what I like - that they come with something new that is adapted to what we actually want now."

This sounds like a tablet console basically to me.

Easy to use but relevant to what that said crowd wants today (they are mobile crazy).

Throw in Nikkei's report of Android apps on NX (and Nikkei being virtually right on all things Nintendo), and it comes together.

Here's hoping someone showed them what a competent menu system and online interface looks like, among other things.

You cannot be serious.

Their simple menus are far more user-friendly than their competitors.

They're also ad-free.

Unified e-shop alone would make this a big winner for many.

Wii U/3DS library together would've been unbelievably good...

Imagine playing Mario Maker on the go and being able to play pokemon games on home.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

While the 3DS has a horrible buddy system, it(and the Wii U) have simple and neat interfaces.

Never thought people would hate them

The real question is what kind of lession they have learned.

...and that's why Ubisoft is starting off the NX with Just Dance.... xD

Perhaps but "They have built in something" sounds like some kind of innovative hook (perhaps that is just wishful thinking though).within the form factor of the console. At least something specific within the whole.
