Because the way they do bc they need permission and I think the studio behind it went bankrupt?

I thought MS owned the IP.. maybe they didn't after all.

n November, a federal judge made the breathtaking order that all copies of Too Human had to be destroyed by its creator, Silicon Knights, as part of a $4 million judgment awarded to Epic Games in a nasty six-year suit-and-countersuit court battle between the two. We now see that this extended also to digital copies of the game, as anything associated with Too Human, an Xbox 360 exclusive, has been wiped from Xbox Live.

Eurogamer reports that it means not only the Too Human game itself has been purged from Xbox Live Games on Demand, but also its demo, any videos, pictures, themes, anything. Kaput.

Still no Otogi...

Wasn't X360.  The original Xbox games should release later this year. Otogi would be great.

I'm hoping they add it for people who have never played it. It's the best kind of mixture between Dynasty Warriors and Devil May Cry.

Interesting, I heard about the law case however I thought it was all on Enteral Darkness 2.. Well thanks for the info, guess ill have to plug in my 360 to play it now. Shame.

I'm pretty sure they can't add Crazy Taxi 3 due to numerous expired licenses but Dead or Alive 3 should be doable and would be great to add to the original X Box game unless there are some license issues with the Areosmith song that is featured in that game.

Magic: The Gathering
 Magic 2014

With the 360 there where a lot of titles that where only backwards compatible in certain regions which isn't the case with the X1 and its backwards compatible titles.

Its pretty odd that ESPN NFL 2K5 is only backwards compatible on the 360 for 60 Hz PAL region I doubt it sold a lot there it should have been backwards compatible for the NTSC North America region.

Probably something silly like music license (no clue)

I'm thinking maybe EA had something to do with it but a music license could also be the case.
