Both of those games probably have a lot of expired car and music licenses.  So I doubt they will ever be added they barely got Forza Horizon backwards compatible before its licenses expired.

My Arkham collection is all over the place.

I bought:

-Arkham Asylum on PS3, twice on 360, and again on PS4

-Arkham City on Xbox 360, WiiU, and PS4

-Arkham Origins on WiiU and PS3

-Arkham Origins Blackgate on 3DS and Xbox 360

-Arkham Knight on PS4

But if they make Arkham Origins 360 available on Xbox One digitally, I'll buy that, Return to Arkham, AND Arkham Knight on Xbox One just to have the entire series in one place.

They should add that Sonic Collection with 147 games in one DVD

Why does it have to be like that? The games already been purchased you should have a right to play it its still on xbox platform 

Well if a game features real cars, real music or other items from the real world those things all have licenses that eventually expire so unless they renew those licenses which for the most part is just not worth it they can't republish them legally.  Of course they could go the Crazy Taxi route and remove all the licensed content but that is not possible with a lot of games that feature licensed content and it made the reissued version of Crazy Taxi a lot worse then the original.
