Meh. I played it on Gamecube back in the day when it came out but quickly soured on it because it wasn't RE. Now, whenever I see RE4, it's a painful reminder of the day the RE series, my favorite non-Nintendo series of all time, died.

Never played RE4 but I have heard good things about it. Might pick it up sometime next year when it's even cheaper on amazon and I'm done with Persona and FFXV.

I think I bought this for PS3 with the Resident Evil mega pack. I'll have to check, if so I'll just get around to playing the PS3 edition I think. The game still looks past gen, so I don;t see any particular advantage to getting the 8th gen version.
