Yeah, we kinda knew this already.

I don't mind it. It's good to see stories come to a conclusion.

I'm not opposed to sequals and other stories though.

They could easily do stories from other eras if people want more Westeros and Essos. The Long Night, Valyria and Ghiscari wars, Aegon's Conquest, The Dance with Dragons, Robert's Rebellion, etc.

Season 1 is still among my favorite seasons of any show ever made. I don't have any expectations for seasons 7 & 8 after seeing the show's direction in season 6.

The end is nigh... I ll miss it when its come and gone, I love Game of Thrones.

One of the best tv series currently going.

(I hope Vikings , Marko Polo, ect will keep going for many more seasons, will need them when Game of thrones isnt around)

Wasn't the 7th season the last one? uh...

They have already been moving things towards a conclusion in Season 6, so that's understandable. It's also better to stop at the peak instead of dragging things on and on.

I liked Season 6, and those last two episodes... holy sh*t... but overall, to answer the poll, I liked Season 4 the best. Even though other seasons had Ned Stark, the Red Wedding or those final episodes of 6, I'll still give the overall win to 4.

I think it's a good thing that they have an end date. On of the worst thing on a lot tv show is when they trying to make it last just for financial reasons and no for creative reasons. However I am quite sad because it is probalbly one my favorit TV shows ever. 

I liked the first season of Marco Polo but god the 2nd season put this on a new level. Amazing. 

Game of Thrones is my favorite TV show of all time. It will be really sad when it comes to an end.
So we just have to enjoy every bit of what is left.

Yep season 1 was amazing up there with season 1 of Dexter. 2,3,and 4 were to slow for me with not a lot going on made me question even watching the show anymore. Season 5 picked up more and was better. 6 was great. The dialogue between characters took a bit of a down turn but the pace was so much better.

You just posted the article stating next season will have 7 episodes and then you tell him it's 6?

I wonder if Dragonbinder will come into play in the TV show. It wasn't brought up during the show version of the Kingsmoot. If it does appear, I fear we'll have at least one dragon turning against Dany.
