Just tell me why i was banned (4 days). I linked the "reason" in the op. If you get banned for no reasons on this forums (because of bad mods) dont blame me for breaking the rules.

The cop could've said anything. It doesn't matter, we'll find out in investigation but I don't see how it'd be relevant. Also I think at this point it's fair to give the man the benefit of the doubt in terms of what the cop said. 

A man was laying on the ground with his hands up after committing no crime. Calmy explained himself and the position and still got shot. That's what matters, not what the cop said.

Breaking the rules to show you didn't break the rules is the highest level of failure on this website.

So I (hadoram) was banned for what ? Somebody blamed me i would bitch about nintendo by just giving my opinion based on facts. I do this about every company. That called critism.

The moderator need to be a huge fanboy to ban me for this LOL. He should ban the other guy who blamed me, not me by justing responding and explaining/disproving it.

Yeah I agree that in this case what the cop said adds little to the story but of course it does add a little icing on the cake of how much of a mistake he made if it was true that he said "I don't know" directly in response to if this man asked him "why did you shoot me" it would be like if he replied with "because I hate n*****s" to him or something like... clearly it does change the whole story of the shooting and adds other levels to why this awful mistake happened. I mean the fact that the unarmed man was black isn't really important to the story either, but that doesn't mean it hasn't made its way into the headlines and thread title.

You cant just shoot unarmed people, that pose no threat at all.

Wait, the cops shot a caregiver? Trying to defend an autistic patient? The fuck? The fuck is wrong with these people? Where do they find these people who see black and completely forgot how to reason, protect the public, or simply how to be human?

The fact that he's black is quite important given the recent shootings we've had of police. The police probably wouldn't have even been called if they were both white
