7 billion people in the planet fighting for resources at the same time, do you really think it would be possible for a day to go by without any bad things happening?

I'd say if you're lucky enough to live in a stable, well off country, if you're of good health and have a group of people who care for you and you care for them as well, I'd say you're in a better situation than about 99.9% of the humans that have ever lived.

So hey... life's pretty good right now actually, all things considered.

I say we just stop covering it in the news. Stop talking about. Stop caring. I promise you the moment the media stops pushing this shit into the heads of people for the sake of using fear to make money, it will either seriously dry up or go away. People do this stuff to get infamy. They want to make a statement. Once this became headline news, it all just exploded all over the place.

And even if it doesn't stop happening, no one is controlling your mind. Turn off the news. Don't go to a news site. Don't listen to news radio. Block anyone on your social media that talks about it. Tuning out is possible if you want to. It's really a much better way to life your life... trust me.

For some people ignorance is bliss

Find a cause, become active in your community, bring some good into the world it'll make you feel so much better

I am from Bangladesh and that was worst day we faced since independence. Unlike other Muslim counties we are liberal. Unlike the what world thinks people don't support extremism in the name of religion.

Best advice I read in the internet was, you know the Swiss confederation, well whatevee problem there is in the world, Swiss doesn't care. Swiss is cool be like Swiss. The world and humans always have and will be in trouble and people will always make new trouble. I just stopped giving a damn whenever it doesn't involve me.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Stay positive. Terrorists want to spread fear and hate into your heart. Don't let it get to you. Show them that you are stronger than them. If you start living with fear and hate, the terrorists are winning.

The muslim religion is the problem and those teaching it, not education in general.

If it was easy to teach extremist to behave, we wouldnt be haveing all these attacks.

You cant reason with them, they are set in their ways and think they know better.

You are typing on your computer thanks to the golden age of the muslim religion. Islam is the best religion in the world, hijacked by terrorists. The problem are Saudi backed wahhabis, who only came to power because imperialist colonialist Europeans destroyed the united and peaceful middle east around 100 years ago.

If your understanding is that shallow, you probably should not give your 2 cents.

The fact of the matter is that there will always people that do bad things in the world and there will always be bad people. There were 100 years ago, there are now, and there will still be 100 years from now. There will also be idiots that do stupid things that either get someone else killed, kill them, hurt them, etc over something stupid.

Just like the stories of people killing people for absolutely no reason or an entirely dumb reason. A person's whole life and future is over just because of some idiot doing something dumb or thinking they have a reason to kill somebody when they don't. It's even more sad to think how much of a waste of a death it is, to know that some person's life is over just because some idiot did something dumb or killed them for a dumb reason.

The scary thing about life in general, even though nobody should think about it really imo because it will just make you paranoid, is that our lives can be over in a second and we would never even know. One second a random thing could just happen and your life could be over.

There was a story just recently about two teenagers playing Pokemon GO that were shot at by a random man just because they were playing Pokemon GO near his house.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/gaming/2016/07/16/pokmon-trainers-shot-palm-coast-florida/87207116/

The fact that these teenager's lives could be gone just because they were playing Pokemon GO is sad, and some idiot thought he had a reason to shoot them over it. Especially since he went outside to shoot at them, which is illegal since they weren't in his house so that man that shot should get jail time. Had they not drove away who knows if they would be alive today, and that's a scary thought and pretty sad to know their futures could be over because of some idiot that thought he had a reason when he didn't have one at all.

It's also why it's really sad when you hear the stories about people being shot by police even though they did absolutely nothing wrong, because it's such a waste and dumb reason to die. It's also horrible for the families to know that their loves ones are gone from this world when there was absolutely no reason for them to, all because some cop decided to get trigger happy when they had no reason to.

There was also another story not too long ago about someone getting killed for no reason because a cop accidentally shot his other cop partner and then blamed the suspect that was lying on the ground in handcuffs, in which both cops proceeded to murder the man. It was murder because the man had no weapon and was handcuffed and in no possible way would it have been self defense when he was already on the ground, one of the cops shot him 3 times in the back.

I'm posting those stories because it just shows examples of how someone's life can be over because of some idiot or idiots doing something dumb or just not caring enough about what consequences their actions will have on others.

As others have said, the only reason why it seems to happen more now is because social media is a huge thing in the world than it was a long time ago so it gets reported on more often.

The best way to look at life is to just not think about the bad and instead think about the good things in the world. Try to make a difference, try to do something good.

7 Billion people, limited resources on the planet to support civilization as it is now and money currently being a key defining factor to get through life. It was always going to be chaotic, it has been for a long time most likely even before people started keeping records of history.
