Should MS add Banjo Kazooie as a playable character?

Yes 11 64.71%

Yes 6 35.29%

Total:17

I was expecting a cute girl in a puffy dress. I forgot this isn't a Japanese game.

How about no DLC at all? Just release a complete game at launch and let the market decide if $60 is too much. And if it is too much, scale down production costs and release at a lower price point.

That's what they did with KI. It was a low budget release with limited modes and a small roster. The game sold well enough for them to add more content. They've been upfront about that.  They've been added content in seasons. Honestly Capcom could have learned a lot from KI. 3 seasons of KI cost the same as SFV and has  lot more content and a larger roster.

No I think you misunderstand me. If Microsoft feared the game would not sell at $60 it could have lowered production costs and released a more modest game for $20, $30, $40. That way everyone buys a complete game at launch and everyone has the same roster, costumes, stages, etc.

Both Killer Instinct and Street Fighter V have lousy business models. One charges you a relatively small price for an incomplete experience and one charges you a premium price for an incomplete experience. In the end, both games are incomplete.

I just don't like this model. Imagine buying dungeons in Zelda one at a time. Or tracks in Forza? Or party members in Final Fantasy? Sounds terrible to me.

I'd like Kameo as a playable character. Also, I'm kinda excited about a Gargos vs Eyedoll matchup. Not sure how I feel about his "split face" design as opposed to his old two head design. I'm sure there's a classic skin with the old look.

KI had a modest budget from the beginning. They always intended it to be a budget release. The big issue with KI is that MS needed exclusive content for the XB1 launch and they released it before it was finished. That game only had about 6 months of dev time at launch. That's a criminally low amount of time for a game, even going back a few generations.

I'm in love with this game

Eyedoll is the last character in Season 3 to be added. You never know. The beauty of DLC can add future ones.

Also there could possibly be a Season 4 if the game continues on its success.

Ill just wait until they say theyre finished with it then...

Eyedoll is the final character for the KI game. There has not been any mention of more characters or any more features. The Definitive Edition game will be the entire game. Like MKX with XL addition, KI probably wont stop at season 3. Season 4 could possibly be annouced at 2017 E3 and the game could continue on with many more after that. If your looking for the complete game than buy the Definitive Edition. Its the complete game up to season 3 and no season 4 mentioned.

It's been the highlight of this generation. Thank you Microsoft! KI fans love you for this!
