What are the chances that something like this could work for Sony?

You walk around and you find cars that you can use for some racing mini-game or something.

Perhaps it could have some tie-in features with a console GT iteration.

I don't care for any of these apps but fact is that there are markets for stuff I don't care for.

Could something like this work?

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:
