As I commented last week, Tower Records is having a collaboration with the Splatoon brand. So, in Shibuya, today was the release of the new Splatoon bundle and it seemed like a re-release of the game. You could find lots of stuff related to Splatoon, and adverts were amazingly displayed everywhere in (and out) the store.







The new Splatoon amiibo (diorama included), of course, were very popular.

Speechless...Expected, splatoon is a phenomenon in Japan...

Do we know if Nintendo finally restocks wii u by releasing this new splatoon bundle  or again and again limited supply. that will be being sold out every week?

And that means that according to Famitsu, PS4 is tracking WORSE than PS3. And you said the otherwise here, on this thread before.

You say, hey PS4 is tracking above PS3 (Media Create), but hey, look at PS4 being above 3DS every week (Famitsu). But hey, PS4 will is only 200k away from Wii U (on Media Create), but hey, the gap between PS4 and the next console is big (Famitsu). Switching all the time just with the numbers that fit you agenda and the other tracker shows a different picture. like a politician.

Oh stop it! You say exactly the things that  i was always wanting to say!

 

The bolded is the most irksome thing... Since kero's aching for ps4 to be above ps3 and  using famitsu for the weeklys when it shows something better and favorable for ps4 than MD, but disregarding famitsu when it comes to ps4 vs ps3  launch aligned sales comparison because it has ps4 way below than ps3,  it's  self-contradictory and ridiculous...

Not really. There will be a bump, but although the bundle is not limtied and it's the replacement of the Mario Maker Set, I don't think Nintendo is rejoining the battle, the bump will be only for this week, in my opinion.

I love splatoon ads!!!!! The splat and the choice of colour just attracts my attention! Hopefully Spla2oon will be on the bus I go to uni since it would look really nice!!!

Zero Escape doing pretty badly, while Minecraft Wii U is still under Mario and Sonic, but barely.. should be able to over take it really soon

Valid?  You mean invalid acting as if the 3DS is the PS4's competition.  I know it looks like the 3DS and ps4 are competing because ps4 beats it most weeks on both trackers but it really isn't.  

You may have forgotten but the x1 and Wii U are the PS4's competition in Japan.  As hard and all as that is to believe.
