Also why is this thread just a a title and no context? If you want to state an opinion on why "XBO is a Generation Behind PS4 in Terms of Production Value" at least write one and say or state your points on the subject rather than just full it with gifs.

I think Gribble has it absolutely right with the production values portion more than anything else. And really all that is a testament to is the experience and vision of the developers that are working with Sony on some of those games. Microsoft, for a while now, has needed to go out and find that top tier caliber talent. They do that, and that "generation behind" crap will quickly fall to the side.

With Scopio though, things will most likely be reversed. If Sony doesn't adjust the specs of it's PS4 Neo. It hasn't been revealed yet, no official release date announced either. So anything could happen.

But I think they won't adjust anything, and the Scorpio will enjoy the limelight as the most powerful game console on the market for a while after it launches. Making it a "generation above the PS4 Neo", to use your words.

In any case, the PS4 does have the most technically sound games right now. No question there. But the XBO still have quite a few lookers as well. Quantum Break being one of the most recent ones, despite having some technical flaws.

It looks like the Neo will release a full year infront of Scorpio. No need to adjust the specs. And I wouldn't be surprised if a more updated powerful console becomes a bi-annual thing for Sony and MS. Meaning Neo will have a year as most powerful, then Scopio will have a year most powerful, Neo 2 will have a year powerful then scorpio 2 etc,

OT - PS4 games are better looking but in no way is it a generational leap between the two.

I cannot even believe the existence of this thread and the people that agrees with this nonsense. The arrogance on certain users of certain comunity has no limits in VGC.

No is not a generation behind, I see the same difference between XBO and Ps4 than I see when I compare Dreamcast with GameCube.

Assuming PS4 is a generation ahead of XOne in terms of graphics and presentation, what level of personal importance do you attach to that generational difference?
