Uncharted 4 can be beat under 6 hrs.

UC4 is the better wannabe movie, RotTR is the better game.

This post is a mess, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. If you can provide a source showing the game being completed in under 6hrs, I'll spare any moderation. If not, I advise you not to make such claims.

Beating the game in under 6 hours is actually a trophy for speedrunning. It definitely can be done, but it´s really poor argument to talk about speedrunning times. I´m sure Tomb Raider and other games can be completed in even less time...

I started to reply but after reading it, I facepalmed so hard, I think I broke my nose. We'll see what he says...

Haven't played Rise of the Tomb Raider yet but at Chapter 13 in UC4 I think I can safely say I enjoyed Tomb Raider 2013 more than UC4 (both are great games in their own right).

I haven't played UC4 or ROTR but I would be pretty surprised if ROTR was better. IMO all the UC 1-3 were better then TR. My main issue with TR is that all the puzzels are boring and to simple to solve. The puzzels in UC are just more thoughout and better. The jumping around and moving through the levels is also done way better in UC. TR had to much rock climbing not enough variety.

Forget uncharted, DS3 can be beaten under 2 hours! I beat FC4 in 15mins!

Haven't finished Rise of the Tomb Raider yet. All I can say is they're both the same yet go down different paths.

In terms of gameplay, yes Tomb Raider has more things in it.

Still, character voice acting and the acting in general are not what I like. If it weren't for me not having things to do at that time, I would've completely dropped the reboot because of how annoying Lara Croft's voice was.

Definitely agree. Borrowed a friends PS4 and even brought the copy of UC4 myself and its very disappointing.

I didn't expect so many boring mission in the first half of the game which is a shame because the locations are very nice and the writing is fantastic, but its the gameplay thats so dull and your talking about over 6 hours of this stuff. Its a complete waste of otherwise great locations and enjoyable story. Worst of all, where are the fucking setpieces. Uncharted 2 was mindblowing in this department. I'm 1/4 or 1/3 through ad haven't seen shit.

It starts to pick up on the Avery cathedral mission, but so far, there is nothing here that you can't do in ROTR. ROTR isn't perfect, but for me, the gameplay, exploration and even setpieces are way better than Uncharted 4 from what I've played. The jeep mission looks fun though, can't wait to get to that section but something tells me the remainder of the mission will be a chore till then.

The game took a more toned down and grounded approach. I for one am ok with the way they threw off the mysticism. The revelation at the end to what happened to Henry Avery was very well played and gave contrast to the whole Nature of Nathan Drake and his fellow treasure hunters.

Like someone has said, this is not the regular Uncharted. But still manages to retain the key aspects of an Uncharted game.

I have no problem with anything you said though I strongly disagree, not with the points, but because you are praising the wrong game as being better than Uncharted 4. Replace Rise of The Tomb Raider with Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and your opinion makes more sense. Rise of The Tomb Raider copied Uncharted 2 almost 100%, so basically you think Uncharted 2 is better than Uncharted 4, though it isn't. The only reason why TR became a decent franchise today is because it copied Uncharted, which every entry is superior to the reboot and the sequel, including Golden Abyss. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is the greatest third-person acting/shooting game to date, while Rise of The Tomb Raider is just a good third-person shooting game that won't be remembered.

They both feel very different to me. Uncharted 2 and Tomb Raider, that is. Even Uncharted 4 and RoTR feel totally different. Don't get me started on who copied who!

I'll have to disagree on the puzzles, the puzzles in hidden tombs were so much more interesting and challenging to me than anything found in Uncharted.

Signature goes here!

Tomb raider on Max PC settings doesn't look as good as Uncharted 4 imo.

Before anyone says something stupid, Uncharted would look better on PC.
