I haven't played UC4 or ROTR but I would be pretty surprised if ROTR was better. IMO all the UC 1-3 were better then TR. My main issue with TR is that all the puzzels are boring and to simple to solve. The puzzels in UC are just more thoughout and better. The jumping around and moving through the levels is also done way better in UC. TR had to much rock climbing not enough variety.

I'll have to disagree on the puzzles, the puzzles in hidden tombs were so much more interesting and challenging to me than anything found in Uncharted.
