I'll be interested to see what the new way is. As long as it's not another tablet looking controller, i may be game.

I'm excited and a little scared to see what Nintendo has in store for us!!

I think Nintendo is waiting for the idea of a "back to basics" Nintendo console to seem gimmicky...

The real interesting thing for me is, will it be:

a) A hybrid console
b) A home console which can stream to the handheld/tablet?
c) A handheld/tablet which can stream to the TV?
d) A separate home console and handheld/tablet with shared library
c) A separate home consol and handheld/tablet but with similar architecture to easily port a game from one to the other

lol, I hope so. At this point, Nintendo should have the core basics of consoles down and from there, add in their gimmicks.

I don't think they don't need a gimmick, I'm just saying it should be a gimmick that isn't obvious or plays off of already existing tech. I mean...we had tablets for a good half a decade before Wii U arrived. I really don't see what it added to the expereince. There are games that work well with it, Mario Maker and Splatoon come to mind but it wasn't a necessity like Nintendo had originally intended it to be. Reggie even said that it would support 2 gamepads and we have yet to recieve a game that promotes this or an update that even supports it. They need that special sauce but it has to be Mac sauce, not water. It has to have substance and taste.

You guys do know that the PS4 and XBox One exist right? If you want a traditional console, you have not one, but two! I definitely want a new way to play.

Please no gamepad, 2 screens for handheld works perfectly but not when you play on a TV.

Or at least make it an optional add-on to play Wii U games BC, ship the console with a normal controller please PLEASE.
