Anyone with 1/2 a mind would question the fact he killed himself, especially with all the evidence we have.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

I still believe he fled to another country. Too many holes in the history books. Too many lies have been told.

That's what my post mean't. Its not too hard to fake your death, and go to say Argentina (many nazis hid there after the war).

I don't think the Mossad would sleep day or night if that were even a remote possibility, especially given the lengths they went to hunt down Mengele and Eichmann.

Mind then explaining how, with the Allies closing in on one side and the Soviets closing in on the other, Hitler managed to escape when he was public enemy #1 at the time?

The other flaw with this (as well as pretty much all other conspiracy theories) is that it requires the suspension of disbelief that Hitler's cover would never have been blown by anyone for the rest of his life, whether in Argentina or anywhere else in the world, especially that it's been well known that many former Nazis had fled Germany and had been living in other countries for decades now.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Pretty sure if Trump was anything like Hitler, he'd be mowing down protestors at his rallies

Wasn't part of his playbook to get votes; that came after he found power.   Trump's antics at this stage in the election style mirrors that of Hitler's at the same stage.  But you know what they say about objects in motion...

Sure they do.  I must've missed the parts where Trump has already 1: attempted a coup of the US government (see Hitler's Beer Hall / Munich Putsch) and 2: has been one of the leaders of a radical opposition party, during which time he's had over a decade to hone his and his party's racist messaging and propaganda prior to seeking the highest office in the land, which is the stage Hitler was at prior to running for Chancellor of Germany.  Trump just got into politics about 5 minutes ago, and he's leading in the primary of a party whose establishment wanted to nominate anybody BUT him for president at the beginning of the primary season.

By the way, as a side note of irony, Hitler himself was in fact an "undocumented immigrant" for many years in Germany after he had terminated his Austrian citizenship, and was only able to run for German Chancellor because a member of his party instated him as an administrator to the Reichstrat, making him a citizen of Brunswick, Germany the year prior to the 1933 elections.  That's like a Canadian getting into US politics a decade ago and then trying to run for President (*cough* Cruz *cough*).

Trump is American born and bred all the way, and he didn't need to stage a coup (Hitler) or shut down the government (Cruz) to get to where he is today.  Hate on him all you want, but Donald Trump ain't no Hitler, or even a Mussolini.

Seems like you did miss how he 1: admitted to buying off politicians for decades (so Trump's coup is actually more successful) and 2: being a talking head for the Tea Party (radical fringe group of the GOP opposition party during the Obama Administration).

Nice try, but Trump is using the Hitler playbook and the similarities in their campaigning is well-documented.  Feel free to rally behind the facist, though.  It's a free country for the time being, after all.

Not according to the history channel, or the rewriting history channel :)
Conspiracy or not, it was an interesting series.

Hard to believe that some Presidential Candidates (well, okay, only Trump) still use his playbook to get votes. You'd think that 70 years would be long enough for Fascism to die out, but ideas are harder to kill than men.

History repeats itself. Humans just never learn from it. It's sad, really.

The truth is pretty much irrelevant now because if he didn't die in Berlin, he's dead by now anyway. Also, I'm curious about what the motives behind hiding Hitler might be. The article pretty much says everyone knew and hid him, but not a single word about motives.

Wow, so wealthy citizens who use their money to buy political influence, and right with / left wing political groups that stage LEGAL protests and rallies against the incumbent administrations are now the modern day equivalent to Hitler and the Nazis?

I guess Hitler took his all his cues from John D. Rockefeller back in the day, huh?
