Bayonetta. Enjoyed it over the sequel. I think it was a bigger and better game overall and being a master system and Mega Drive owner, the homage to space harrier puts Bayonetta way above others.

I played it on ps3 but my issue wasn't related to frame rate as I wasn't able to see frame rate issue last gen, in fact, I didn't know what frame rate was back then. 

PS3 version has performance problems, it's not just the framerate, the 360 and Wii U versions aren't just faster they're also more consistent. I know as I played the PS3 version before opting to get the 360 version, if you get the chance play any of the other two versions.

Definitely Rising. Rising is maximum aggression.

Anyway I'll go with Metal Gear Rising, wish more of their games were on PC though.

Bayonetta 1&2 should win this vote imo.

I've only played Korra so I'm gonna have to go with that. I bought it on ps4 just yesterday even though I beat the pc version last year. It wasn't amazing but it was fun and wanted to reward them for making a good Avatar game.

I would of said bayonetta 2 but it was sent to die by being exclusive to Wii

What does that have to do with the quality of the game?

Also, "of" isn't a verb.
