It doesn't seem like she called him a rapist. Just rude and demanding. She didn't work as heavily with him as Kesha did. 

They may let him go because SONY is under a lot of pressure from the feminazis, popular female artists, and their fans. The case is highly publicized and every news outlet is shedding some light on the matter, SONY's name is always mentioned.
