just having a regular controller again (hopefully) will make Zelda on the NX a million times better. no one likes the tablet controller. A) its gigantic (seriously if you haven't held a Wii U tablet controller then check one out! way too big), and B) no one wants to stare at their hands while gaming, the whole point of comfortable controllers with logical button layouts is so players DONT have to lose their immersion and constantly look away from the screen
I'm excited for the NX. I'm hoping to god its a traditional Nintendo system with no gimmicks. I find it interesting (and not a coincidence) that the last truly great Nintendo home console (IMO) was the Gamecube, a system that strived for great graphics of the time and had an awesome comfortable relatively classic controller in terms of pure use
all I know is if Zelda releases on the Wii U and NX around the same time, I will be opting for the NX version
note: I am also not a major fan of the pro controller. its not bad but its still not a substitute to well done MAIN console controller that Nintendo could focus on (i.e. I don't think its even better than the Gamecube controller)
