During the NX's first 12 months on the market, what type of sales are you expecting it to muster.

I personally think the console will d0 6.5ml and the portable NX to sell 9ml. So a combined total of 15.5ml during its first 12 months.

How well do you expect it to do?

How can anyone make a valid estimation (guestimation) without knowing these things?

By using what Nintendo has already told us and info leaked such as Smash as a launch title.

I'd say the home console could do 5-6 million if it has good third party support, decent specs, and lots of marketing. Otherwise, I'd say 3 million.



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

I think it's way too early to tell, even with the Smash leak.

Difficult to know without knowing what kind of device it will be. But considering Nintendo wants to get as many games out of the gate for its first year, my guess is better sales overall than the first WiiU year.

How can you predict numbers for a home console NX and a portable NX although we don't even know if there's a home console NX and a portable NX?

Someone should close this thread. This thread doesn't make sense in any way, sorry.
