Also, if Kerotan was permabanned as a joke, why did he not get unbanned?

the mod team discusses these matters as a unit and it is ultimately their decision. they are given the authority to make these calls, and if they decide that they want to give a user another chance, then that is their perogative. the mods giveth and the mods taketh away. there is no "explanation," its just as simple as that. theyre in the position to make that sort of judgement call. i, for one, am thankful that the mods take much care in making these calls. not only in un-permabanning a user, but to permaban as well. they dont just do these things carelessly.

I don't buy it.

as i said before, the mods giveth and the mods taketh away. they can take away my account at any moment as they see fit. you know as well as i do that im under a microscope. theyre not taking this lightly.
