Amazing figures for PS4, and good figures for X1 in NA.

2016 will be insane for PS4, and very good for X1 also. Amazing games are coming for all consoles, and that's good for us gamers :)

Good numbers all around. So... is this Wii U's peak year? If so... this is impressive given the fact it was carried out by Splatoon (a new IP) and Mario Maker, a Mario spin off.



Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I've updated my holiday home console tracking thread, which includes 19 Dec and 26 Dec. Though 19 Dec is approximate, but accurate enough.

PS4 looking like ending up for the holiday period vs 2014 by 2 million. Xb one looking to be pretty flat. Wii U will be up compared to 2014 too.

PS4 manages 2 weeks running over 1 million, and 3 one million weeks for the holiday period. PS3 never achieved that.

There's a chance PS4 reaches 36 million LTD in the final week of 2015, It needs to end on 35.88 million to reach 17 million for the year. That means the final week needs to be 550K. Not sure it will hit that.

I may be wrong, but i think these numbers are very low for the PS4. Especially being that all year round sales have always been better in europe. Christmas is a global holiday.

Holy crap! Great numbers overall. I think the think PS4 is undertracked. I have it finishing 2015 at 36 mil minimum.

A happy new GamesYear for console-gamer : )

Honestly with Pokken, Star Fox and Zelda U hitting 2016, plus smaller games like Twilight Princess HD, SMT x FE and Mario & Sonic, and unnannounced titles, I feel like 2016 could potentially do better than 2015. Especially if we get a mainline Animal Crossing. If that is confirmed, 2016 will definitely be its peak year.
