We had the announcement of the first DKC game in 14 years, announcement of the first console Kirby platformer in a decade, new footage of Skyward Sword, announcement of Paper Mario Sticker Star when it actually looked like a true Paper Mario, Kid Icarus Uprising, remake of Goldeneye 007 ( one of the most beloved N64 classics) Mario Kart 7, etc..

2009. Metroid Other M, Zelda Spirit Tracks, Golden Sun DS (AKA Dark Dawn), Super Mario Galaxy 2, Sin and Punishment 2, Monado Beginning of the World (AKA Xenoblade Chronicles)...

For me it was the last time that a E3 gave me hype and just hype.

I thought E3 2014 for Nintendo was fantastic.

It's a shame the E3 2015 Presentation for Nintendo couldn't be as good as the 2014 one (I thought the 2015 one was horrible) but oh well.

E3 2014 for Nintendo was really good.

The Zelda Symphony one was amazing

2010 for me. Donkey Kong Country Returns, Goldeneye, and Epic Mickey (I never got to play it because I heard bad things about it, but I remember being super hyped) that was the best E3 for me!

I guess those 3 voters were really fascinated by the puppets.

E3 2014 but it's kinda early to say since it's been the first E3 I've followed: I think Nintendo presented a lot of amazing games such as Zelda, Splatoon, Mario Maker, X (already announced), YWW (already announced iirc), Smash and so on !
