This could also be to separate itself from The Division which previously was only a week prior. Per latest pre-order charts it seems like Playstation users are torn between the two while XBOX users are making the obvious choice. Both looking like very great games.
Just get it right. Always put quality before schedule. We know naughty dog work hard on their games so delay isn't from lack of effort.
Thats actualy good for me, March is going to be a screwed up month in my RL, I wont have any time to play anything, April works better.

That's not going to happen. Six months ago they already confirmed that the singleplayer campaign will run at 30 fps so they can go all out with visual fidelity.
