Off the top of my head: Fatal Frame V, Soma, Resident Evil HD Remaster, Until Dawn, Resident Evil Revelations 2. Dying Light is stretching it a little. Would 5 be enough?

The only fighter I could think of was Mortal Kombat X and I disqualified it for terrible DLC practices
