I would suggest not "reading between the lines", all you will find is blank space that you'll fill with what you want to believe.

I understand that, but why is it then released before PSX, and why are Digital Foundry allowed to make a report on it?
It is a essential feature for PR.
Look how much PR MS got for their few games that can be BC.....
